Do you want a key role within HSL? We are looking for an administrator and executive assistant to our HSL unit! Are you a structured and service-oriented person who thrives on varied tasks? Do you want to work in an operation where you make a difference every day? Then you might be the one we are looking for!
As an administrator with us, you become an important part of the operation. You work closely with our unit managers and contribute to ensuring that the daily operations of our unit run smoothly. Your tasks are both administrative and operational. You handle everything from scheduling, personnel administration, and documentation, to employee contact and simpler economic management. No day is like the other!

Your qualities:
As a person, you are positive, appropriate, independent, and responsible. You are good at connecting with people, collaborating, and taking initiative to achieve the best possible results. You are service-oriented, have high social competence, and possess logistical thinking.
Your qualifications:
- At least a secondary education in administration or other education that the employer considers equivalent.
- Knowledge of scheduling and staffing planning, as well as previous experience in similar work as a planner or coordinator within HSL/elderly care, is meritorious.
- Experience working in systems such as Time Care planning, Multiaccess, and Microsoft Office is meritorious.
- Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written.
