Intern in Social Media Management (4–6 months)

We are looking for an intern in Social Media Management who wants to help build, develop, and strengthen a brand's presence in social media from the ground up.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to create content, plan publications, analyze results, and develop strategies for how a client can grow in digital channels. You will be involved in the entire process – from idea, concept, and content planning to publication, community management, and follow-up.

The goal is to create a strong, clear, and relevant presence in social media that strengthens the brand, builds trust, and contributes to the client's business goals.

You do not need several years of experience. The most important thing is that you are creative, curious, structured, and have a strong interest in social media, content, and digital communication.

This internship is suitable for you who want to develop within social media, content creation, branding, digital marketing, and growth.

What you will actually do

  • Help build a client's presence in social media from the ground up
  • Develop ideas, concepts, and content for social platforms
  • Create and plan content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Work with content calendars, publishing plans, and campaign setups
  • Write captions, hooks, post texts, and simpler campaign messages
  • Create simpler graphic material, short-form video, and visual content
  • Follow trends, formats, and behaviors in social media
  • Contribute to developing the brand's tone of voice and visual expression in social channels
  • Publish and schedule content
  • Follow up on statistics, engagement, and reach
  • Analyze what works and suggest improvements
  • Help with community management and dialogue with the target group
  • Contribute ideas to campaigns, storytelling, and brand-building activities
  • Test, iterate, and optimize content based on data and feedback

What we are looking for

  • Great interest in social media, content, and digital communication
  • Good sense of language, tone of voice, and target group adaptation
  • Ability to write clearly and engagingly in Swedish and English
  • Creativity combined with a structured working method
  • Curiosity about trends, platforms, and new content formats
  • Understanding of how brands can build relationships via social media
  • Ability to take responsibility for own tasks and work independently
  • Interest in branding, storytelling, digital marketing, and growth
  • Willingness to test, learn, analyze, and improve content over time

Advantageous but not required

  • Studies in marketing, communication, media, content, business, or similar
  • Experience creating content for social media
  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, Figma, or similar tools
  • Basic understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, or Meta
  • Experience writing captions, posts, or simpler campaign texts
  • Interest in video, reels, short-form content, or storytelling
  • Basic understanding of statistics, reach, and engagement in social media
  • Experience from startup, agency, or entrepreneurial environments
