With us, you will work broadly with rental law issues. Among other things, you will review rental agreements upon entry and exit, usage rights agreements, and rental cost calculations. You will become an important part of the work with investigations, planning, and analyses related to the need and supply of housing and premises, and you will also participate in various projects and development initiatives.

The role also involves handling rental law disputes and driving processes forward, with the support of colleagues. You contribute to the annual rent negotiations and are involved in budget work, forecasts, and final accounts.

As a rental lawyer, you are also a valued support for the municipality's administrations, where you provide advice and guidance on matters concerning housing, premises, and rent.

You have a structured approach to work and appreciate order and clarity, while also having an interest in administrative tasks. You are a team player who actively contributes to the department's and section's common goals and has good collaboration skills in contact with both colleagues and external parties.

Qualifications

  • Relevant documented education in law or equivalent education/experience as assessed by the employer
  • Previous experience working with contract drafting, rental law issues, and property law
  • Experience and knowledge in litigation in the Rent Tribunal/court
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)

Meritorious

  • Experience and knowledge in litigation in the Rent Tribunal/court
