Do you want to work with us at Matlaget? Matlaget has undergone a transformation, growing into a larger entity in Gällivare Municipality by bringing Kostfrågorna under the same roof. Our shared office is located at Gällivare Hospital, where the Production Kitchen is also based. Our other kitchens are scattered throughout Gällivare Municipality, serving preschools, schools, and elderly care facilities. This change has meant that we have tripled in size, creating an increased need for reinforcement.

As a Business Developer, you will handle various administrative tasks to support unit managers and the CEO within the company. The role is strategic with operational elements and suits you if you thrive working structured towards set goals, taking responsibility for driving activities and projects, and engaging others in both small and large initiatives. You will become a key link between the operations and the CEO.

Responsibilities:

• Work with staffing and support schedule management.
• Participate in various consultations as a secretary.
• Project management during business changes.
• Supportive role in emergency preparedness work.
• Menu development in collaboration with other operations.
• Prepare materials and work on efficiency measures.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Experience in business development, quality management, or similar.
• Post-secondary education.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Very good administrative experience.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer-facing administrative tasks.
