Do you want a role where you can create structure, drive work forward, and be an important part of an expanding company? SKK AB is now looking for another administrator in land and permits who wants to develop in a flexible and family-oriented work environment.
About the role
As an administrator in land and permits, you will have a central role in our projects. You work closely with the team and are responsible for creating structure, coordinating activities, and ensuring that work flows efficiently.
The work is characterized by close collaboration within the team, while you independently drive your own cases. You are responsible for keeping track of status, deadlines, authority contacts, and next steps, ensuring that work moves forward in a structured manner.
The planned start for the employment is in mid-September.
About the company
SKK AB is a growing company based in Boden, working with forestry, land, infrastructure, railways, power grids, and permit issues. The company drives projects and assignments from Stockholm and up north, where a large part of the operations is located in Norrbotten and Västerbotten. With several exciting projects underway, SKK AB is continuing its expansion and therefore seeking more employees for the team.
Your responsibilities include among other things:
- Handling and administration of land cases
- Work in GIDA/GIS and mapping systems related to power grids and land issues
- Documentation and structuring of project information
- Contact with authorities
- Handling of contracts and permit issues
- Coordination between different projects and ensuring that measures are carried out at the right time and in the correct order
- Contribute to creating and maintaining efficient processes and structures
The work is characterized by close collaboration with colleagues, authorities, and other actors, but each employee is responsible for their own projects and cases. You have an overview of the status, deadlines, and next steps in your work yourself, while collaborating with colleagues and sharing knowledge within the team.

To thrive in the role, you need to be structured, responsible, and independent. You thrive with freedom under responsibility and have the ability to prioritize between several parallel projects without losing the overview. The role means that you plan, drive, and follow up on your work yourself, while having support from colleagues and managers when needed.
You do not need to have worked in the industry before. The most important thing is that you have the right personality and drive. Experience from the power grid industry, land and permit issues, or related areas is, however, an extra plus.
Meritorious experiences include:
- Work as an administrator in the power grid industry or other administrative roles (extra meritorious)
- Land, expropriation, or permit issues
- GIS or mapping systems (e.g., GIDA)
- Administrative project coordination
- Previously worked in the electricity industry as, for example, a project designer, preparer, or similar, but now desires an administrative role
