As a Business Specialist (SCADA), your most important task is to drive the needs within your product area. These needs can vary in size, and you are responsible for driving them forward, monitoring the effects of implemented changes, and identifying and proposing improvements.

The role places high demands on collaboration skills, as you will act as the link between operations and IT. You need to be able to translate operational needs into concrete solutions while actively building the networks required to succeed in the role.

The assignment is carried out in a hybrid work environment with the possibility to work both on-site at the office on Kungsholmen in Stockholm and remotely. The extent of remote work is determined according to the operations' needs and in dialogue with the client.

To be considered for the assignment, all the following requirements must be met:

• At least 2 of the last 5 years of experience in business-oriented project or assignment management within IT-related changes. Including maintenance and further development, i.e., needs capture, requirement specification, implementation, delivery, acceptance testing, and production release.

• At least 2 years of experience in the last 5 years working with property-related IT systems.

• Experience with documentation and creating routines and processes, as well as structuring information, with at least 2 years of experience.

Merits

• Post-secondary education with a focus on automation engineering, building automation, or system development.

• Experience working with SCADA systems for at least 2 years.

• Experience in property management for at least 2 years.

A security clearance check will be conducted prior to employment for this position, in accordance with current regulations.
