About the role

You will provide customer support via phone calls, email, social media, and chat. In this role, you will analyze issues and resolve customer inquiries – whether simple or complex – in a fast, engaging, and pedagogical manner.

We are looking for someone who

• Is at least 18 years old.
• Is fluent in Swedish (both spoken and written) and has good English skills.
• Has basic computer knowledge.
• Is service-oriented, professional, and meticulous, but also responsible, goal-oriented, stress-resistant, and enjoys problem-solving.
• Is flexible, available, and ready to work for at least 6 months.
