About the Role

You will step into a business-critical change project where a new system support, Heroma, has changed how schedule and payroll management need to function in practice. In a public authority environment with irregular working hours, you will lead the review of the organization, responsibilities, and ways of working for the planning and monitoring of working time, with a special focus on schedule management related to payroll.

This role suits you if you thrive when business, processes, and IT meet. You will drive a complex initiative with many stakeholders and significant impact on how the organization, workflows, and control should function moving forward. Responsibilities
  • You lead and coordinate the work in the working group within the schedule and payroll area.
  • You drive the review and design of the organization, roles, responsibilities, and processes for schedule planning and working time monitoring.
  • You ensure that working methods and workflows support efficient and correct handling related to payroll.
  • You present progress, choices, and background material to the steering group and maintain close dialogue with relevant stakeholders.
  • You develop governing and supporting documents needed to establish sustainable processes in the area.
  • You develop support material for managers and schedulers, including assessing resource needs and optimal staffing in line with laws and regulations.
  • You follow up on the assignment and ensure clear control, reporting, and implementation from analysis to implementation.
Requirements
  • Experience implementing the schedule and payroll system Heroma in a government authority where irregular working hours are common.
  • Experience introducing organization and roles for schedule management.
  • Experience leading complex projects or assignments with overall responsibility for control, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Extensive experience leading large IT development projects.
  • Extensive experience with agile working methods.
  • Very good understanding of schedule and payroll processes, payroll services, schedule management, and HR processes.
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
  • Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted).
Merits
