About the role

Our client performs approximately one million inspections per year across their more than 133 vehicle inspection stations throughout the country. They have approximately 350 employees representing significant ethnic and cultural diversity, a broad age span, and they promote a balanced gender distribution.

In this role, you will work at the client's headquarters located in Bromma. You will be part of the finance department, which consists of an accountant and a finance manager. The position is based at the headquarters in Bromma, 2–3 days per week between August 17 and October 31.

Responsibilities

The role involves being a key part of a major project within the company to meet requirements from foreign owners. The work includes breaking down the company's fixed asset register to create a more specific list of inventory and equipment at the stations.

You will learn to navigate an economic system and gain insight into the company's operations, as well as develop an understanding of accounting regarding fixed asset registers.

Other simpler tasks within finance and administration, such as invoice processing, may also occur.

We are looking for you who

  • Have post-secondary studies in economics or equivalent
  • Have good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel
  • Have good system proficiency
  • Have good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
