About the role and team

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a central role in supporting and developing the business through qualified HR support to managers within the organizations, departments, or staff functions you are responsible for.

You will become part of a competent and engaged team working with HR, working environment, sustainability, and safety. The team currently consists of 12 people, and you will report directly to the CHRO.

In the role, you will work both strategically and operationally with all HR processes and serve as a key business and collaboration partner to the operations.

In the role, you will among other things:

  • Provide support, coaching, and guidance to managers in areas such as leadership, labor law, compensation, performance appraisal, competence development, rehabilitation, and working environment.
  • Drive leadership development, organizational development, and change management.
  • Lead development projects and implementation of HR processes and initiatives.
  • Actively work to strengthen the employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Ensure that the organization attracts, develops, and retains the right competence for future needs.
  • Analyze and monitor HR-related key performance indicators and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
  • Collaborate with trade unions and safety representatives and conduct negotiations.
  • Be responsible for one or more specialist areas within HR.
  • Contribute to strengthening the company's culture and values work.

The position is located at our office in Kista, Stockholm. Travel within the role may occur.

About you

Qualifications – to succeed in the role, we see that you have:

  • At least 5–10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role.
  • Experience from operations within production, field work, or other personnel-intensive operations is meritorious.
  • Extensive knowledge of labor law as well as experience of collaboration and negotiations with trade unions.
  • Experience of independently driving and supporting all annual HR processes.
  • Good digital maturity and preferably an interest in HR systems and digital ways of working.
  • Very good communication skills in both Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience of presenting and communicating to larger groups, both digitally and physically.

Practical information

Start: As agreed Scope: Full-time, fixed-term Location: Kista, Stockholm

Additional information Transtema as a company works and delivers services to socially important actors and operations. In light of this, we will conduct background checks on all intended employees. For some roles and assignments where required, security clearance with register check according to the requirements of the Security Protection Act (2018:585) will also be conducted. Random drug and alcohol tests are carried out at our workplaces.
