Job Description

This role involves responsibility for scheduling and ongoing adjustments to timetables based on the operational needs. The position also includes managing staffing and coordinating substitute teachers in daily operations. You will administer and update systems such as Unikum and SchoolSoft, while supporting the operation with administrative routines and processes. The work also involves collaboration on facility issues together with the caretaker. You will participate in the management group and contribute actively to the development of the operation, as well as collaborate closely with other functions as part of the administrative team.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have experience in administrative work, and experience in scheduling and staffing is an advantage. You have good system proficiency, and it is an advantage if you have previously worked in Unikum, SchoolSoft, and/or Skola24. You work in a structured and independent manner and have good collaboration skills and communication competence.

As a person, you are meticulous, solution-oriented, and have a good sense for structure. You enjoy taking responsibility and have the ability to prioritize in a daily life with varying pace, while maintaining a holistic perspective. You find it easy to collaborate with others and contribute to a positive work climate.
