We are looking for a Business Developer to continue our journey, with placement in Stockholm, Linköping, Jönköping, or Tranås.

In this role, you contribute to securing and developing the workforce of the future. You will join the business development team, which works on developing the organization's revenue-generating activities and processes. The main task involves monitoring the external environment and analyzing the labor market, and based on your research, developing courses and programs from idea to final product in close collaboration with working life.
In your role as Business Developer, you are TUC's face to the outside world and collaborate in a development-oriented manner with various companies, employers, and industry organizations. In your daily work, you contact companies via phone and physical meetings, interspersed with research and writing.
You will become part of a forward-looking and enthusiastic team where your colleagues are based in different offices around the country, and daily dialogue with your colleagues takes place digitally. Your line manager is based in Tranås.
Travel is involved in the role, but to a limited extent.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have a knack for creating new contacts and the ability to communicate, listen, and map needs. You do not hesitate to pick up the phone to make a new connection. You work to create good collaborations both internally and externally and have the ability to meet people with varying backgrounds and experiences. Perhaps you already have a broad network that you can use as a foundation in this role?
You have good knowledge of Swedish and very good ability to convey and sell your ideas through both writing and speech.
We believe you have a post-secondary education and have worked with competence supply issues in some way. If you have previous experience working within a university college or experience with application work to the Swedish Council for Higher Education, we will be extra curious.
