At Montico, we are currently looking for an engaged and skilled Vocational Teacher in Workshop Technology/CNC for our educational operations in Mjölby. Job Description

As a Vocational Teacher, you will play a central role in the development of our students. You will teach and instruct in both practical and theoretical modules, with a focus on cutting-edge processing such as turning, milling, grinding, CAD/CAM, and CNC technology. With your experience and expertise, you will become an important role model who helps our students develop the skills needed in the labor market.

Your responsibilities include:

• Planning, implementing, and following up on teaching to ensure that every individual achieves their goals.
• Acting as a mentor and supporting our students during their work-based learning.
• Actively contributing to the development of our educational operations.

We are looking for you who

We are looking for someone with a genuine technical interest and a strong desire to share your knowledge. You have a pedagogical aptitude and the ability to adapt your teaching to each individual's needs. Your collaborative and curious approach makes you a valued colleague and mentor.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in workshop technology/CNC
• Valid driver's license (Category B) and fluent Swedish

Merits:

• Vocational Teacher degree
• Experience in training within workshop technology/CNC
• Approved test leader for Skärteknikcentrum
