We are looking for a Teacher for the After-School Center (Fritidshem)

As a teacher at our after-school center, you create the conditions for learning and guide students towards the goals of the activity. To create safety and provide all children with equal opportunities to learn for the future, we work conceptually according to a common model within Lärande's preschools and primary schools. We call this the Learning Model. It forms the foundation for you and your colleagues in your shared mission.

You will participate in development work and team efforts, playing a key role in collaborating with after-school educators, teachers, preschool teachers, student health services, and students to create a good learning environment.

At Lärande Grundskola, we have an after-school center team that is jointly responsible for developing the center. The team includes teachers for the after-school center, who during daytime hours are part of teaching and recess activities, and after-school educators whose main task is recess supervision. In the team, we have a high level of ambition and great engagement, and we believe that everyone's contribution is important for development and success in our operations.

You will work practically with the school's curriculum and support students in their learning, as well as support the development of their social competencies.

Qualifications

To be considered for the role, we require:

• Teaching certification with eligibility as a teacher for the after-school center (fritidshem)
• Previous experience in pedagogical work
