International English School Enskede is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Social Studies (SO) teacher on a full-time basis, available from August 2026 to June 2027. We are seeking a qualified Social Studies teacher for grades 4 & 5. Please note that this is a substitute position due to parental leave. Mentoring students is included in the role.

We are looking for you who are a certified Social Studies teacher, who loves teaching and puts the student at the center. You have a positive and professional attitude, are flexible, and show great commitment in your work. International experience and good knowledge of the English language are meritorious since English is the working language at the school. Your own teaching as a teacher from Sweden takes place in Swedish, but we speak English among colleagues.

International English School Enskede is a school for grades 4-9 with 900 students and 70 employees. It is a school where teachers can focus on teaching, students are given the opportunity to learn, and everyone enjoys coming to school every day. All teachers have the enriching experience of being a class mentor. The school has an international orientation and teaching is conducted in both English and Swedish.
