We are looking for a study and career counselor for our school in Täby, located at Kemistvägen 10B. Our participants are a mix of students studying SFI (Swedish for Immigrants), care and nursing, and child and youth activities. Our participants need guidance information about the labor market and studies to gain insight into the various paths and opportunities available for entering the workforce. Based on the participant's vocational line, interests, experiences, and future goals, the participant will gain a realistic view of the labor market, forming the basis for identifying a suitable profession and a trial work placement. A key goal of the role is to support and guide participants in their studies. Who are you? You are a certified study and career counselor. Experience working in adult education is an advantage. As a person, you are empathetic, self-reliant, proactive, and flexible. You have the ability to motivate others and work efficiently and goal-oriented. We place great emphasis on personal suitability for the role. Additional information The position is a one-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension, with a full-time engagement (100%). The start date is 2026-08-03 or by agreement.
