Special Educational Needs Coordinator (Specialpedagog) 100% Permanent Position
At Drottning Blanka Gymnasieskola Odenplan, you will become part of a warm and driven community where approximately 700 students and 60 employees together create a dynamic and developmental school environment. Here, there is room to grow, both as a student and as a colleague.

Your Role
In the role of Special Educational Needs Coordinator, you will be part of our student health team, which consists of a counselor, a career guidance counselor (SYV), a school nurse, school management, and a social pedagogue.
You will work on mapping the pedagogical needs of students and teaching groups, responsible for pedagogical assessments and writing action plans. You will also work both preventively and promotively by planning to find working methods that work for our students, collaborating with and supervising teachers, and conducting lesson observations.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team. You are good with people, especially young people. You work systematically and document your work continuously. You take responsibility for your tasks. You will primarily work in SchoolSoft and StudyBee. We will also work in a completely new system, DF Respons.

We are now seeking 1 Special Educational Needs Coordinator at 100% for our team.
The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period, and the scope is full-time. Start date according to agreement or 2026-08-11.
