Hagsätra School is a grades F-9 school with approximately 650 students, and we are a school that has grown over several years. Together in our dedicated work teams, we work to develop the operations. Your role
We are now looking for a certified teacher for Grade 1 at our school.
As a homeroom teacher, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on teaching based on the curriculum. You teach the subjects included in Grade 1 and work to create a safe, stimulating, and developmental learning environment for the students. The role includes mentorship and close collaboration with colleagues, guardians, and student health services to support each student's learning and development.
Qualifications
- You have current experience teaching in grades 1-3.
- You work systematically with planning, follow-up, assessment, and development of teaching.
- You have a good ability to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where all students are given the conditions to develop as far as possible.
- You have a good ability to adapt teaching based on students' different needs and prerequisites.
- You are well acquainted with the school's governing documents, curriculum, values, and the work with assessment and documentation.
- You have a genuine interest in students' learning and development and actively contribute to the school's pedagogical development.
- You have good collaboration skills and see the value of working together with colleagues, student health services, and guardians.
- You express yourself fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
