About the role

You are the leader and the heartbeat of the gym floor. As a strength coach for small groups, your task is to guide both experienced and novice participants through their workouts. We believe that training should be fun, inspiring, and accessible to everyone – and that is where you come in.

In our training concept Train & Learn, we guide our members through focused training setups in a gym environment to teach exercises, technique, and above all, to inspire.

The position involves a part-time hourly contract of 1 to 3 hours per week at Fitness24Seven Solna Råsunda. Do you lack instructor training? No worries – if you are the right person for us, this training will be included in your employment.

We are looking for you

To thrive and develop in the role of a coach, we are looking for someone who is engaged, has a natural ability to inspire, and can clearly guide others through their training. We would appreciate experience with gym training and leadership, but we also ensure you receive training before starting the assignment.

Naturally, you are comfortable leading others and speaking in front of an enthusiastic group of participants. Your interest in fitness and health is a given.
