The Education Administration is responsible for preschool, leisure-time centers, primary schools, upper secondary schools, as well as adapted primary and upper secondary schools. The position and duties
Are you an engaged and inspiring teacher who enjoys working with students who present various challenges?
We are now looking for an engaged and skilled teacher to join our fantastic team at the lower primary level! Are you a capable pedagogue with experience working with students with neurodevelopmental disorders (NPF) and multilingual backgrounds? As a teacher, you are an important part of contributing to Botkyrka Municipality becoming Sweden's best school municipality, where students succeed in school and develop based on their unique abilities. In your role, you conduct teaching and related tasks such as preparation and follow-up work, as well as assessment. You are part of a work team and participate in the team's joint work. You contribute to a good learning environment through active work in working groups. Together, you focus on the students' knowledge development. You also collaborate with other staff at the school. You actively participate in the school's values-based work and work inclusively. You strive to stay updated as a teacher and in your subjects through environmental scanning, further education, and collegial learning. In your role, you primarily collaborate with other teachers in the grade and the student health team. You are expected to be able to work with digital tools in your teaching.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that teaching is accessible to all students.
- Teaching theoretical subjects at the lower primary level.
- Mapping students' knowledge together with your grade team.
- Mentorship: Social contact regarding students and classes, contact with guardians, absence management, development conferences, and collaboration with authorities and social services.
- Conducting teaching and related preparation and follow-up work.
- Participating in collegial collaboration and working group activities.
- Actively working with the school's values and inclusion.
- Collaborating with the student health team and other staff.

We at Grindtorpsskolan are now looking for a primary school teacher for grade 2 who wants to be part of our multi-teacher collaboration. We have strengthened the teaching in grades 1-3 with an additional teacher/grade coordinator.
The position is for one school year.

You who apply to us
Requirements:
- Teacher certification – (with education for the assignment).
- Very good Swedish in speech and writing (we apply a language test).
- Experience working as a teacher (primarily in the area the position concerns).
- ICT skills (Google).
- Experience with V-Klass.
Merits:

- Experience with Singapore Math and reading acquisition.
- Experience working in teams and creating good relationships with colleagues, guardians, and students.
