Job Description

We are looking for an engaged childcare worker for a one-year fixed-term position at our after-school center. You have a good understanding of the after-school center's mission and how care, learning, and social development interact throughout the students' day.

• Work in the after-school center and during school hours in close collaboration with educators.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment.
• Meet students with a low-affective approach and support them in social situations.
• Participate in the planning and development of the activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues and guardians in a professional manner.

About the Operations

Furuborgskolan is the municipality's youngest school and covers grades F–6 as well as adapted primary school. The operations include approximately 370 lovely students and a dedicated and competent staff.

Nykvarn Municipality is a Swedish-speaking area in Finland, and we consider it an advantage if you speak Finnish.

We are looking for two childcare workers/after-school leaders.
