About the position

You will work in the customer's home, in daily life, with a focus on creating safety, structure, and contributing to the possibility of an active life. The work involves both practical tasks and a high degree of presence, sensitivity, and understanding of the customer's needs.

Requirements for applicants

• Female applicants, aged 20–45

• Non-smoker and non-snus user

• Interest in health and good eating habits – you should be able to inspire the user to make good choices and participate in educational meals

• Interest in exercise – you help the user get to exercise and are happy to participate yourself

Personal qualities we value

• Communicative without being burdensome – you find ways to talk and cooperate that reduce the customer's mental fatigue

• Structured and secure in routines – you understand the importance of following established routines that have been built up over a long period

• Participate in activities – concerts, trips, exercise, and other things the customer wants to do

• Provide quality of life while giving space – you are the customer's arms but also a person who can step aside when needed

• Good situational awareness – you notice when the customer needs to rest, have peace and quiet, or participate in social interaction

• Put the customer's needs first – you do not burden the customer's daily life with your own problems or things happening in the outside world.

In your application, you must state your citizenship. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a permanent residence permit in Sweden to be employed by Särnmark. If you are applying for work as a personal assistant to an adult customer, you need to present an extract from the criminal record.
