Personal assistance is a support measure under the LSS Act (The Support and Service Act for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Every client is unique, and your tasks will vary depending on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and privacy, contributing to a smooth daily life.

About the role

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is sensitive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and identify what needs to be done.

We are currently looking for you who meet the following criteria:

• wish to work for a woman in her 40s living in Stockholm

• have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written

• are a non-smoker

• are able to accompany the client on trips a few times a year as part of the job

The following qualifications are meritorious:

• experience working as a personal assistant

Personal suitability will be given great weight.

Working hours, employment percentage, and salary:

The current form of employment is "for as long as the assistance assignment lasts" with an employment percentage of approximately 75%. Working hours are scheduled during the day: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 08:30 to 18:30.

Fixed hourly wage agreed upon, and other benefits are paid according to the collective agreement.

Start date: As agreed.

Employment at Humana

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you, as the applicant, can present a valid ID document and any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
