Job Description

We are looking for you who want to be an important part of our after-school center (fritidshem) and contribute to a safe, meaningful, and developmental daily life for our students. You have a good understanding of the after-school center's mission, its pedagogical core, and how care, learning, and social development are woven together throughout the students' day.

You will:

• Work in the after-school center and during school hours in close collaboration with educators.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment.
• Work with a low-affective approach and support students in social situations.
• Contribute to the planning, implementation, and development of the activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues and guardians in a professional and solution-focused manner.

About the Workplace

Furuborgskolan is the municipality's youngest school and covers grades F-6 as well as adapted primary school. The workplace includes approximately 370 wonderful students and a dedicated and competent staff.

• Understand the core of the after-school center: relationships, safety, participation, and meaningful activities.
• Work with a low-affective and secure approach when meeting children.
• Are flexible, responsible, and have an easy time collaborating.
• Have a genuine interest in children's development and well-being.
