Personal Assistants Needed in Stockholm and Norrort – Substitution Roles

We are looking for personal assistants who wish to work as needs-based substitutes during the absence of permanent staff, as well as during the summer and autumn seasons.
Our clients are located in Stockholm and Norrort (the northern suburbs). You can work as a substitute for one of our clients or for several. Of course, the personal chemistry between you and the client is essential.
When you are working, the client's needs are at the center. You are available where needed. Your tasks will include accompanying the client on activities, being on hand when necessary, and assisting with certain intimate hygiene tasks.
You should be perceptive, responsible, calm, and self-assured.
Working hours vary depending on where you work. This includes day shifts, evening shifts, night shifts, and on-call duties.
While we appreciate prior experience, it is not a strict requirement. This depends largely on the specific client. Your personality is most important to us. You will receive an introduction at the client's home to ensure safety and a good working relationship.
We prefer that you are a non-smoker and that you have good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
