About the position

Personal assistance is a service under the LSS Act (The Support and Service Act for Certain Functionally Disabled). As a personal assistant, your main task will be to help the client with daily challenges and basic needs. Your work involves safeguarding the client's self-determination and integrity, contributing to a smooth daily routine. Each assistance assignment is uniquely adapted to the client's life, so tasks may vary depending on the workplace.

Who are you?

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is sensitive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is crucial to have good chemistry between you and the client. We are looking for someone who wants to work with a 7-year-old boy living with his family in Stockholm/Östermalm. You will support the client with personal care and daily routines, as well as participate in play, activities, and movement.

Requirements for the position

• Previous experience working with children with autism
• Good knowledge of Swedish
• Experience working with clear structure and low-affective handling (LAB), as well as adapting communication to the child's needs
• Swimming skills

Personal suitability will be given great weight.

Working hours, employment share, and salary

The current form of employment is "for as long as the assistance assignment lasts" with an employment share of approximately 40%. Working hours are scheduled during the day and evening on weekends, between 10:00–18:00.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, and other benefits are paid according to the collective agreement.

Start date: Immediately or according to agreement.
