Perspektiva works closely with families within both outpatient care and foster care, as well as with therapeutic families. Our interventions are based on experience, systemic work, and close collaboration with social services, focusing on creating change that lasts over time. About the role

At our agency, the role may involve both family therapy in outpatient care and work within foster care, depending on current assignments. What the assignments have in common is that you work to support parents and children toward sustainable change. The work usually takes place in the families' home environments, whether you are supporting family therapy in outpatient care, foster care, or therapeutic families.

Qualifications and experience

We are looking for you with a degree in social work or equivalent education and at least three years of experience in family therapy.

It is meritorious if you have experience working in complex cases requiring extensive family therapy, for example, using methods such as MST or FFT. It is also meritorious if you are trained in Komet, ABC, or similar parenting support programs. Knowledge of ADHD/ASD (NPF), collaboration with schools and other agencies, and/or experience working with crime/substance abuse is desirable. Basic psychotherapeutic training (step 1) is also viewed positively.

You have a valid driver's license (Category B).
