We are looking for someone experienced in night shifts who has a strong sense of responsibility and deep respect for other people. It is also important that you are flexible, attentive, and understand that the work is based on the client's needs. You should be structured, practical, and have good communication skills in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. I would prefer a woman who is cheerful, honest, and straightforward.

I offer a good working environment, but it takes two to tango. :-) No previous experience in personal assistance is required, but experience in service-oriented roles is considered a merit.

You will primarily act as my arms and legs. The organizational routines are well-designed with good and functioning structures, so I am looking for a practical person who accepts and adapts to others' living conditions.

My assistants are looking for someone for a night shift that rotates on a three-week cycle. Main tasks include turning, positioning assistance, and ventilator care. Shifts are from 23:00 to 07:00 on weekdays, and 19:00 to 07:00 every third weekend.
