Adensa is currently looking for a standby assistant to support us with short-term staffing during the summer. In this role, you will act as an extension of the office and ensure smooth operations during absences.
You should have experience working as a personal assistant. As a person, you are empathetic, responsible, and attentive to others. As a standby assistant, you are responsible for ensuring that short-term staffing runs smoothly throughout the summer months. The role includes both on-call duties and working on-site with our customers.
For the right candidate, some administrative tasks may be added to the role. Our collaboration will be tailored to your personality and circumstances.
Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.
