About Us

Humaniora vård och omsorg is the municipal provider in Solna Municipality. We are responsible for, among other things, three group homes according to the LSS Act (Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). We are looking for you who want to work as a Group Leader with us. The target group for the operations is adults within person group 1 of the LSS Act.

What Does the Job Entail?

As a Group Leader, you will work together with the Operations Manager to plan and develop quality work within the operations. This requires a good ability to work towards set goals. The Group Leader acts as a link between the Operations Manager and the work group. You promote a good working environment, provide supervision, and give advice and support to the staff. You foster good cooperation within the work group while also being skilled at working independently. As a Group Leader, you will be delegated administrative tasks, so you need to have good computer skills. This may include, for example, scheduling and reporting in Stratsys.

The role of Group Leader presupposes that you are pedagogical and have an interest in continuously developing your own and your colleagues' competence. Your duties include being part of the regular work as a support assistant.

Who Are We Looking For?

You have:

• Education as a nursing assistant, support educator, or a degree from the Child and Youth Program
• Experience working as a Group Leader or support educator in a group home

As a person, you are secure and stable and take responsibility for your work. You have good cooperation skills and enjoy working in a service-oriented manner. You should have a good ability to structure your work and possess strong coordination skills. We are looking for someone who has a good ability to lead and motivate others to achieve common goals.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
