We are looking for a full-time housing support worker with work every other weekend.
Start date: August 2026
Sympati AB provides high-quality housing support services to approximately 850 individuals in Stockholm City, Solna City, and Lidingö.
In addition to education in social work or care and nursing, we would like you to have the ability to work independently, be empathetic and communicative, and have a pedagogical approach with the ability to motivate others. We also prefer that you have experience working in psychiatry or LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). Additional language skills beyond Swedish and English are desirable.
You will primarily work in City-Northwest and visit clients at various addresses.
