Are you a responsible person who enjoys working independently and prefers night shifts?

We are currently looking for staff for night shifts to support a four-year-old boy in Kallhäll. He is a happy and social boy with CP, breathing difficulties, epilepsy, and is fed via a feeding tube. He lives with his family and their dog.

What does the job involve?

• Breathing monitoring and assistance with various aids to facilitate breathing
• Feeding tube care and medication administration via gastrostomy
• Maintenance of various assistive devices
• Monitoring and management of epileptic seizures
• Supervision of the user when he is awake

Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who:

• Is responsible and meticulous
• Can follow the routines established for his care and support
• Can adapt to working within a family context
• Is accustomed to working night shifts
• Is attentive to the boy's needs

Requirements

• Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Non-smoker
• Comfortable working in a home with a dog
• Capable of lifting children (the boy weighs just under 20 kg)
• Has reliable transportation to and from Kallhäll

Available Positions

We currently have one night shift position available. The shift times are from 21:00 to 07:00, seven days a week. The position averages 35 hours per week. The schedule is as follows:

Odd Weeks

• Monday 21:00–07:00
• Tuesday 21:00–07:00
• Friday 21:00–07:00
• Saturday 21:00–07:00
• Sunday 21:00–07:00

Even Weeks

• Wednesday 21:00–07:00
• Thursday 21:00–07:00
