Hiring CBT Therapist and Family Therapist for Intense Rehab in Stockholm
INTENSEREHAB Hedwall & Melin ABStockholms län, Nacka
Previous experience is desired
We are looking for a new team member
At Intense Rehab, we have been providing qualified, evidence-based outpatient care since 2013, operating out of Stockholm and Gävle. We are currently looking for team members to join our group in Stockholm/Nacka.
About You
We are looking for you who have formal competence and experience working as a family therapist and addiction therapist with a focus on CBT. You are accustomed to working independently, trusting your own decisions, and therefore need a solid foundation of experience and formal education. In each case, we usually work in pairs, so good collaboration skills are a must.
It is vital that you thrive in flexible working conditions, as we largely adapt our presence to the needs of our clients. You appreciate great freedom but also take personal responsibility.
It is an advantage if you are a CBT therapist with advanced knowledge in MI (Motivational Interviewing) and methods related to addiction, such as relapse prevention and CRA. Adequate training in family therapy is a requirement.
Since our clients expect correct and well-formulated written reports, you must master this skill. You are computer literate and must have a B-driver's license, as our outpatient care consists of approximately 80% work in the clients' normal home environments or where we need to be together with them.
About Us
We offer our clients and employers outpatient care that is adapted to the needs at hand. Not least our clients with addiction issues typically need us for up to 6–10 hours a week. This is because we believe in a holistic approach where all aspects of life are considered and affect the ability to establish a sober and drug-free lifestyle. Naturally, our work often involves handling and treating mental health issues in various forms and degrees. As mentioned, we see no other way forward than working with the whole person.
We are proactive, alert, characterized by patience and a refusal to give up. These have been and are success factors that make us a viable alternative to institutional treatment.
Employment Conditions
- Collective Agreement: Yes
- Employment Type: Permanent (probation period 6 months)
- Working Hours: 40 hours/week. The starting point is daytime, but with flexible hours where we sometimes must meet clients' needs for meetings at inconvenient times. Note that our work week is Monday–Friday regardless of the color of the day (with some red holidays off and a 3-hour reduction in working time in other weeks when a red holiday falls).
- Salary: Monthly salary, with a fixed shift allowance guaranteeing some availability for inconvenient working hours.
Other terms are regulated by the collective agreement.
Applications should be sent to the Director, Jonas Hedwall, via [email protected] (mailto:[email protected])
