Särnmark currently has over 3,500 employees, and our customers and staff are located throughout Sweden. Särnmark's headquarters are in Sundbyberg, but we also have offices in other parts of Sweden.

We are now looking for secure, experienced, and engaged female personal assistants for a new and long-term assignment with a woman living on Värmdö together with her husband.

With us, you will have the opportunity to be involved from the start and contribute to building a stable, secure, and high-quality assistance service in close cooperation with the customer and her relatives.

About the customer and the assignment

The customer has extensive care needs and requires support in all parts of her daily life, including personal care and household chores.

Communication is limited, which means you need to have very good knowledge of Swedish – both spoken and written – to be able to understand, interpret, and support the customer in her communication.

An important part of the assignment is to create security, structure, and continuity in everyday life.

Responsibilities

• Personal care and support in daily routines
• Help with household chores
• Cooking (a great interest of the customer)
• Support with exercise and physical activity
• Social presence and contributing to security

The work is performed in the customer's home and wherever the customer is located.

Working Hours

We are looking for people who can work both day and evening shifts.

Monday–Friday

• Day shift 08:00–16:00
• Evening shift 15:00–21:00

Saturday and Sunday

• Shift 08:00–21:00

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience in personal assistance or work within healthcare and social services
• Are calm, secure, and empathetic
• Have a professional attitude
• Are responsible, independent, and responsive
• Easily build trust and good relationships
• Speak and write Swedish fluently
• Are non-smokers

Other

• Animals are present in the home – you need to like and tolerate animals

We place great emphasis on personal suitability and are looking for people who want to help create a secure and functional everyday life for the customer in the long term.

If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a permanent residence permit in Sweden to be employed by Särnmark.
