About the position

At Bonzi, we are looking for two dedicated personal assistants for part-time positions at 50% or 75%. The positions involve varying working hours on both weekdays and weekends for our female client in Norrtälje.

We are also looking for you who want to work as a temporary substitute on an as-needed basis. As a substitute, you cover for regular assistants when they are absent, for example due to illness, vacation, or other leave.

As a substitute, you need to be flexible and have the possibility to work with short notice during the summer of 2026. Working hours vary and can be scheduled on both weekdays and weekends. For the right person, there is an opportunity for a fixed schedule in the autumn.

The client is only seeking female assistants.

Responsibilities:

• Support in daily routines and household chores
• Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and during meals
• Practical support at home and in everyday activities

The positions involve varying working hours on weekdays and weekends:

• 08:30–17:00
• 11:00–20:10
• 20:00–08:40 Awake night
• Double staffing occurs between 11:00–20:10

About the client

The client is a woman in her 40s who lives with her family and dog in Norrtälje.

As a person, you are empathetic, social, sensitive, and reliable. You follow instructions easily, but are also proactive and see what needs to be done.

The client particularly appreciates a secure, calm, and stable personality in her assistants. The personal chemistry between you and the client is crucial and may be the most important factor in the final selection.

Merits: Experience working as a personal assistant or within care and social services.

Requirements:

• Vaccinated against Covid-19
• Not allergic to pets (there is a dog in the home)
• Non-smoker
• Valid driver's license

Scope: 1 position at 50%, 1 position at 75%, and 2 positions as a substitute on an as-needed basis (with a view towards a permanent schedule).

Start date: Interviews are conducted continuously, and positions can be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits according to collective agreements.

Things to consider before applying:

A prerequisite for starting employment at Bonzi is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID and submit a tax certificate (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the tax certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website.

To work as a personal assistant, companion, or substitute for us, you must be at least 18 years old. The age requirement follows the rules regarding personal assistance, companionship, and substitution in the LSS Act and the Social Services Act.

To work with children and young people under 18 years of age, you are required to present a certificate of no criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply, meaning the background check will include both a certificate of no criminal record and a certificate from the suspicion register. The certificates are ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
