About the position

We are looking for a Montessori-trained pedagogue on a full-time basis, starting as agreed.

In this role, you will work together with other pedagogues to plan, implement, and develop the educational activities. You will contribute to creating a safe, creative, and inclusive environment where children have the opportunity to explore, develop, and grow at their own pace.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is Montessori-trained or has equivalent experience.
• Has a strong interest in children's learning and development.
• Has good communication skills with both colleagues and guardians.
• Has good knowledge of the preschool curriculum and pedagogical documentation.
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish.
