Värmdö is the meeting place of the archipelago, offering a unique combination of nature's quiet beauty and a more urban lifestyle. Our mission is not just one but many: schools, properties, social services, harbors, healthcare, libraries, elder care, and many more. We strive to ensure that all residents of Värmdö can live a rich and free life. We want to be the ones who make the dream of a vibrant, secure environment for home, family, and business possible.
To succeed fully, we need diverse competencies and must work together for a common and trust-based work culture, built on courageous, responsible employees who understand the needs and wishes of the citizens.
Our Operations
Munkmoraskolan is a small school, currently grades F-4, but will expand to include grade 5 in the autumn of 2026. The school has approximately 165 students and a staff group with low turnover. The school's size is one of our many strengths!
At Munkmoraskolan, everyone knows each other and it is a place where people thrive. We currently have very good results regarding safety and well-being, as well as good academic results.
The school's vision is based on safety and sustainability, both for the individual and for our surroundings. Our vision work, which permeates our operations, is quality-assured as the school is both a certified PEP-school and a certified Green Flag school.
The school is centrally located in Värmdö Municipality with good public transport connections but is still close to nature. We have a large, lovely outdoor area with, among other things, two artificial turf fields and large, bright classrooms.

Clear - your leadership is characterized by clarity and structure, and you have the ability to lead and motivate students and to create a safe and educational environment.
To thrive with us, we believe you are development-oriented and close to joy and laughter. We place great emphasis on social competencies and personal suitability.
