Our Operations

Hemmestaskolan is a preschool to year 9 school with 620 students. We are a school where we develop our work with a clear preschool to year 9 perspective.

We actively work with inclusive solutions that permeate the students' entire school day. The student health team at the school is divided into preschool to year 6 and year 7 to 9, but also with an overarching preschool to year 9 perspective. Trust, communication, and the courage to think outside the box permeate our operations. At the school, we have moved from whole classes to half classes in certain subjects, which means we are increasing the number of teaching hours.

Your Role

You will teach French to students in years 6–9. The position may also include mentorship duties. You will be part of the school's work to develop the subject and participate in the school's development efforts.

Your Experience

You must have a teaching degree and be certified in French. You should be well-versed in the school's governing documents and experienced in analyzing students' academic results, contributing to changes at both the individual and group levels based on these results.

Your Personal Qualities

You should be easy to communicate with, both verbally and in writing. You have the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, both within the organization and with external partners, to ensure our students have the best conditions for their education.
