The Education Administration is responsible for all activities within the municipality's preschools, primary schools, adapted primary schools, after-school centers, upper secondary schools, and adult education.

Norrbackaskolan is a preschool to year 6 school in Märsta, located near forests and meadows. We have two classes per year level from preschool class to year 6, as well as a preparatory class with students of various ages.
Our work is based on creating equal and accessible teaching where all students have the opportunity to reach as far as possible in their knowledge development. The learning environments are designed with a focus on safety, participation, and study peace.

Currently, we are engaged in development work with a special focus on the quality of teaching. We are looking for employees who want to be an active part of this work and, together with us, contribute to creating a sustainable learning environment where every student can succeed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an engaged and certified teacher for year 3 who wants to help develop teaching and contribute to a safe and inspiring learning environment at our school.

As a teacher in year 3, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on teaching based on the curriculum and the students' different needs and prerequisites. You create a safe, structured, and stimulating learning environment where students are given the opportunity to develop both academically and socially.

You actively work with extra adaptations and support measures and collaborate with colleagues, student health services, and guardians to give each student the best possible conditions for success. As part of the school's work team, you contribute to the school's joint development work and to a good working environment for both students and employees.

With us, you become part of a close collaboration in the work team, where you receive support from an present school leadership and engaged colleagues. We value participation and offer good opportunities to influence the content and methods of teaching while you develop professionally together with your team.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a teaching license with eligibility for the early school years. If you have experience working as a teacher and experience with cooperative learning, this is considered meritorious. You have a warm and inclusive approach, see each student's unique needs, and work to create good conditions for learning and development.

You are a secure and engaged teacher with a structured way of working. You plan and organize teaching in a way that creates clarity, study peace, and good conditions for students' learning. Through your calm and professional approach, you create safety in the classroom and build trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.
