We are now looking for an experienced study and career counselor on a 34% basis.

This position is particularly suitable for you who may have retired or are approaching retirement, but still believe that the most meaningful thing you can do is help young people find their way in life. As a study and career counselor, you will become an important part of the school's student health team and work closely with the school administration, mentors, and teachers.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Individual study and career counseling.
• Information and guidance to student groups.
• Counseling regarding further studies and working life.
• Support regarding upper secondary school graduation, course selection, and eligibility.
• Collaboration with guardians, teachers, and the student health team.
• Contacts with authorities and working life.
• Participation in events such as Open House, information evenings, and other activities.

• have a degree in study and career counseling
• have several years of experience in study and career counseling
• feel confident in the Swedish National Agency for Education's directives and current legislation
• have a genuine interest in the development of young people
• are independent, structured, and solution-oriented
• appreciate close collaboration with colleagues in a smaller organization
• enjoy building trusting relationships with students, guardians, and staff.
