Seeking Housing Support Workers (50–100%) – Immediate Start

Are you eager to work in a new field and looking for new challenges? Do you want to work in housing support where you avoid heavy lifting and personal hygiene tasks?

Working Hours: Varied between Monday–Friday, 08:00–20:00. You must be available to work within this time frame.

We work in our clients' homes and have agreements with the City of Stockholm. Work locations are spread across all district administrations belonging to the City of Stockholm. Housing support is an intervention according to the Social Services Act (SoL).

Job Responsibilities:
As a housing support worker, you provide support, motivation, and assistance based on the individual's needs to enable them to live as independently as possible. The support is provided in or outside the home, depending on approved interventions.

The tasks are varied. As a housing support worker, you must be flexible and able to switch working methods during the day depending on the client you meet.

Common tasks include:

• Support with contacts with authorities and healthcare providers.
• Support in daily situations such as cooking, cleaning, planning and structuring, shopping, case management, technical aids, and financial matters.

Education is a requirement!
We are looking for you who are a nurse assistant, have completed the Care and Nursing Program, are a social worker, a social pedagogue, a childcare worker, or have equivalent education as assessed by the employer.

Good knowledge of Swedish is not enough. You must have advanced skills in both spoken and written Swedish, as the job involves extensive contact with authorities and collaboration with other actors.
