As a Follow-up Controller, you are part of the Social Care category group and are responsible for planning, coordinating, and conducting follow-ups of quality requirements within the framework agreements of the category group. The follow-up is conducted proactively and systematically, but also includes event-driven interventions when signals of risks, deficiencies, or changes arise. Based on needs and risk analyses, you identify which suppliers should be followed up and are responsible for the entire process from planning to documentation, analysis, feedback, and follow-up.
You work closely with contract managers, purchasers, and other colleagues in the team to monitor quality, handle complex issues, and contribute to the development of future social care.
The assignment covers interventions for children, young people, and adults within areas such as:Residential Care for Children and Youth (HVB)
Supported Housing
Consultant-supported foster care
Open Care
Social Psychiatry
Surveys
Document review and office audits
Interviews
Site visits
Follow-ups take place both digitally and through site visits to suppliers across Sweden. Travel is therefore a natural part of the assignment, and overnight stays occur regularly.
You engage in dialogue with suppliers regarding deviations and improvement measures and provide recommendations for decisions on how follow-up cases should be handled internally. You also contribute to transparency towards municipalities through analyses, risk profiles, and updated information about the suppliers.
An important part of the role is to analyze results, identify patterns, and translate lessons learned into improved working methods, more accurate follow-up methods, and strengthened requirements in future procurements. You also contribute to developing Adda's quality follow-up, including through digitalization, data-driven analysis, and AI.
QualificationsWe are looking for someone who has:
Relevant higher education or university degree
At least three years of experience in systematic and risk-based quality follow-up within treatment care for children, young people, or adults
Good knowledge of social services legislation and regulations
Good expertise in quality, treatment methods, evidence-based practice, as well as licensing and supervision issues
Experience with contract follow-up and how requirements in contracts are monitored in practice
Experience with system support and handling large amounts of data
Experience in conducting and analyzing survey studies
Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
Valid driver's license (Category B)
It is meritorious if you have:
Experience with digitalization, data analysis, or AI-related development work within quality follow-up
Knowledge of public procurement
To succeed in the role, we believe you:
Have high integrity and strong professional judgment, even in complex and sensitive cases that may occasionally attract significant media interest
Work in a structured manner and can prioritize when risks, customer needs, or the external environment change
Have good analytical skills, enjoy complex follow-up questions, and can translate observations from audits and requirements into concrete improvements
Communicate clearly and trust-building, and are confident in combining auditing and requirement setting with professional collaboration with suppliers, customers, and internal functions
The last day for applications is August 16, 2026. Interviews will take place at the end of August.
We look forward to your application!
