You and your colleague will have a special focus on families with children as well as non-active cases within social services.
Your duties include, among other things:
- Proactive work regarding rent arrears and disturbances/neglect.
- Coordination meetings with landlords and conversations with debt collection agencies.
- Support individuals with rent arrears, create action plans, and follow up on them.
- Participate in and support evictions, with close cooperation with the Swedish Enforcement Authority (Kronofogden).
- Collaborate internally and externally.
- Administration related to eviction prevention work.
- Develop rental counseling and housing guidance.
Your qualifications and experience
We are looking for someone who has:

- Experience with budget and debt counseling.
Collaboration facilitates your work with the individual, which is why we value your ability to establish contacts with other units and external partners. You have good knowledge of the different areas of responsibility within social services and societal functions such as the Swedish Enforcement Authority, debt collection agencies, and housing companies.
As an employee, you are flexible, professional, stable, and structured. For you, change is a natural part of development work, and active participation is key to success. You are familiar with what it means to work in a politically governed organization. You are expected to participate actively in the development work at the unit to achieve operational goals. Your approach is solution-oriented with a strong focus on creating good collaboration and a positive work climate. We see that you are receptive and can provide support even in complex situations.
