I am a man living on Söder (South Stockholm) with my family. I am now looking for a personal assistant who is also interested in growing into the role of team leader with staffing responsibilities.

You will work closely in my home, which makes it extra important that you have a good sense of privacy and respect for my personal sphere. You will not only be a support in my daily life but also play a central role in creating structure and security in the assistance.

I am a social person who loves music. In my daily life, I need help with most things, so it is important that you are physically fit and able to, among other things, drive me in my wheelchair. Experience with moving/transferring using assistive devices is a plus.

I am looking for you who:

Are a positive, confident, calm, and stable person with good self-awareness. You are organized and contribute to everything running smoothly around me. You need to be solution-oriented and responsible, both in the daily work and in planning the assistance.

Experience in personal assistance or leadership is an advantage, but not a requirement. I communicate in Swedish, so it is a prerequisite that we can easily talk and understand each other without hindrance. The most important thing for me is not your previous experience, but that we get along!

Your workplace is where I am, at home or at other activities, which makes the work varied.

The position: Starts as an hourly employment, to develop into a larger position of approximately 30–40 hours per week as well as greater responsibility as a team leader. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, night, and weekends.
