Adensa is currently looking for a standby assistant to support us during the summer with short-term staffing. In this role, you will act as an extension of the office and ensure that operations run smoothly even when we need extra support.
You should have experience working as a personal assistant. As a person, you are empathetic, responsible, and attentive to your clients' needs. As a standby assistant, you are responsible for ensuring that the short-term staffing during the summer functions optimally. The work involves being on standby and visiting our clients. For the right candidate, some administrative tasks may also be added to the role. Our collaboration is tailored to your personality and circumstances.
Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.
