I am looking for someone interested in a hourly employment for on-call shifts when needs arise. The work includes day, evening, and night shifts (sleep-on-duty).

About me

- I am a 58-year-old man with a spinal cord injury looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant.

- I am completely paralyzed after a car accident and need help with all practical aspects of my daily life – both at work and during leisure time.

- I am married and live in a villa in Nacka. I enjoy spending my summers and other free time in our summer house in Grisslehamn, north of Norrtälje.

- I enjoy my job as a journalist and am also interested in music, social issues, good food, and spending time with friends.

About you

- You do not mind irregular working hours.

- You are sensitive and have great understanding and respect for personal integrity.

- You are meticulous and good at keeping to schedules.

- Prior care experience is not required; attitude and personality are more important.

- You have good knowledge of the Swedish language.

- You have a driver's license and good driving experience.

As my assistant, you are employed by Tetra Cooperative, which I run together with two other people. We started Tetra to offer our assistants good working conditions, and we run the company without personal profit motives.

Tetra is a member of the employer organization Fremia, and our employees are covered by the collective agreement that Fremia has with Kommunal.
