About the position

Personal assistance is a support measure under the LSS Act (Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). In your role as a personal assistant, you will primarily help the client with everyday occurrences and basic needs. Your work involves safeguarding the client's self-determination and integrity, contributing to a smooth daily life. Each assistance assignment is uniquely adapted to the client's life, so tasks may vary depending on the workplace. Our client is a five-year-old boy living in Liljeholmen.

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is sensitive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is crucial that there is good personal chemistry between you and the client.

Requirements for the position:

• Previous experience working with children
• Good knowledge of Portuguese
• Good knowledge of Swedish

Merits for the position:

• Experience with PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy)

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, degree of employment, and salary

The current form of employment is "for as long as the assistance assignment lasts" with a degree of employment of approximately 41%. Working hours are scheduled for daytime and evening.

Working hours:

16:00–20:00 on weekdays (approx. 4 shifts)

11:00–15:00 every other weekend.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, and other compensations are paid according to the collective agreement.

Start date: 16/6-26.
