We are looking for someone who is self-assured and can handle stressful situations while acting quickly. You need to be focused, attentive, and have good reaction skills. We also expect you to be comfortable in a stable environment and around horses, and willing to run alongside when the girl rides if needed. The work takes place partly at the family's home, which requires sensitivity, respect, and the ability to adapt to others' routines and needs. You must be able to remain professional while naturally becoming part of daily life.

• Employment type: Hourly contract with the possibility of a guaranteed schedule

• Scope: 50–75 %

• Working hours: Days and evenings, possibly nights, both weekdays and weekends

• Start date: As soon as possible

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
