We are now looking for someone who wants to work in preschools. Working in early childhood education is truly rewarding! Pamoja is Sweden’s leading provider of school substitute teachers. We have contracts with numerous schools and offer a wide range of exciting assignments.

How the job works

You’ll often work on short notice (sometimes the same morning). You can choose to work as much or as little, as often or as rarely as you like. The specific tasks you’ll handle will be agreed upon during your onboarding. You’ll then be personally matched to assignments based on your preferences and qualifications.

Everything is managed easily through our smart app. Plus, you always have a dedicated contact with our support team who assists you whenever needed – before, during, and after your shifts. You work securely under a collective agreement and receive thorough onboarding before starting.

What do we require?

• You have completed upper secondary education (high school diploma).
• You are ready to take responsibility, show initiative, and collaborate with others.
• You have full freedom to adjust your schedule, but you must be able to honor the shifts you book.
• You can work at least two days a week (students can work at least one day a week).
• You want to be a positive role model for everyone you meet in your role.
