About the role

I am a man living in Hammarby Sjöstad, and I am looking for safe, sensitive, and engaged assistants who wish to work closely with me in everyday life. Together, we create a functional, secure, and positive existence where respect, continuity, and collaboration are in focus.

As a personal assistant, you provide support in all aspects of daily life with a focus on professional care and a calm approach. The work suits you if you enjoy working closely with people and see the value in creating security and quality of life for someone else.

Experience with ALS or other specialized care is an advantage, but most important is your personality, your engagement, and your desire to do a good job.

Opportunity for team leader responsibility

For those who wish to take the next step, there is an opportunity to combine the assistant role with extended responsibility as a team leader/staffing coordinator. The role includes planning, coordinating, and leading the assistance, as well as contributing to a well-functioning work group. Previous experience in leadership is therefore a plus.
